An Allen Organ can be maintained for as long as the owner wishes. We offer maintenance contracts or you can simply contact us should you require a service call.
If your Allen organ needs a service – it will be carried out by one of our trained Allen organ technicians. Should your organ need a repair, we keep a supply of parts on hand. We are unique in our industry as the only company who guarantees spares for every instrument we have built.
The modular design found in our products ensures quick and easy service, without the necessity for complicated on-site work.
We will always endeavour to keep customers costs to the minimum offering a standard call-out for non-urgent visits and telephone assistance wherever possible.

In the UK we are the only authorised Allen engineers. No regular maintenance is required for an Allen organ and therefore regular visits are not necessary. We are always happy to chat with customers on the telephone about their concerns.
PAT Testing and Allen Organs
We would urge caution when PAT testing is carried out on older Allen Organs. Some early models have transformers and inbuilt surge protection which means that on a basic test they will show as a fail. Our staff are happy to speak to any tester or church to explain how this is resolved and supply a letter which the church should keep on file.

Our Director is also our Service Manager and has been with Allen Organs for nearly forty years. He started working with electronic organs when he served his apprenticeship with Livingston Organs before joining Allen in January 1985. Paul prides himself on rectifying any faults on a first visit – wherever possible.
